We will call you a day or two before we plan on coming out to do your Service Call. Pond or Pondless Waterfall Cleanouts occur Nov 1st – Feb 28th

Costs & Billing

You will be billed through the mail or emailed an invoice once your service is complete.

If you would like to pay by credit card please mention so in the "special instructions" portion of the registration form and we will call you.

Every Service Call is charged a Service Charge of $195

Our $79/hr Labor is charged by the Man hour in addition to the Service Charge.

You will be billed after your service is complete.

Fall Maintenance for
Ponds & Pondless™ Waterfalls

It’s that time of the year again!  It’s time to get your water feature in shape for the New Year. We recommend this be done annually and the best time to perform this service is before the spring when the temperatures are cool.  This helps the bio-filter reestablish before the spring to fight against algae blooms. 

Included in a Pond Cleanout:

  • Transfer fish to onsite containers
  • Drain water and water-blast the rocks and cobbles
  • Trim back plants
  • Remove, inspect and clean skimmer net and bio-pad thoroughly
  • Remove, inspect and clean bio-filter media thoroughly
  • Drain and clean inside of bio-filter and skimmer
  • Reassemble skimmer and bio-filter
  • Inspect lights and replace bulbs or fixtures as needed (additional fee charged for materials)
  • Fill pond with owner hose and add EcoStarter for detoxification of water
  • Start up system and check for correct operation
  • Introduce fish back into the pond
  • Adjust auto fill as needed
  • Add cobbles along edges where liner may be showing
  • Add first dose of Aqua Clearer bacteria

Included in a Pondless Waterfall Cleanout:

  • Water-blast the rocks and cobbles and drain out basin
  • Trim back plants
  • Remove, inspect and clean bio-filter media thoroughly
  • Drain and clean inside of bio-filter
  • Reassemble bio-filter
  • Inspect lights and replace bulbs or fixtures as needed (additional fee charged for materials)
  • Fill basin with owner hose and add EcoBlast to jumpstart bacteria cycle
  • Start up system and check for correct operation
  • Adjust auto fill as needed
  • Add cobbles along edges where liner may be showing

The Fall Maintenance Cleanout is just what your water feature needs to be ready for the New Year.  Also, if you need products like AquaClearer Bacteria, EcoBlast, String Algae Buster, new bio-pads, etc. please let us know during your registration and we can bring them with us.
