We visited the property to listen to the family’s ideas and discuss how to safely cut into the slope. Our expertise and clear vision quickly built trust. From there, our team created a detailed backyard design showing how the pool, retaining wall, and lounge areas would work together. The design phase also meant navigating a right-of-way, an easement, and even relocating the sewer line. Multiple agencies had to approve the plans, making permitting just as challenging as the build itself.
