FALL MAINTENANCE CLEANOUT TERMS:

Scheduling

We will call you a day or two before we plan on coming out to your property to do your Service Call.

Pond or Pondless Waterfall Cleanouts occur Nov 1st – Feb 28th.

Please Remember the Following:

Make sure a hose & water source is available.
Please check to make sure everything is in working order.
Though we take all precautions to ensure fish safety, we cannot be responsible for any losses if they occur.

Costs & Billing

You will be billed through traditional mail or emailed an invoice once your service is complete.

If you would like to pay by credit card, please let us know in the "special instructions" portion of the registration form, and we will call you to safely collect your credit card information. Please do NOT put any credit card information in this form; just simply mention you'd like us to call and bill you by credit card.

Every Service Call is charged a Service Charge of $299.00.

Our $99.00/hr Labor is charged by the Man hour in addition to the Service Charge.

Once again, you will be billed after your service is complete.
